Welcome to Darren's Apiary. By using our website, requesting services, or engaging Darren's Apiary for bee removal, hive management, inspections, or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Darren's Apiary provides beekeeping and bee-related services including, but not limited to:

Live bee removal
Swarm removal
Structural bee cut-outs
Valve box and utility box removals
Hive management
Colony inspections
Beekeeping consultation

Services are provided on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to scheduling, weather conditions, accessibility, and safety considerations.

Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of inspection.

Actual costs may vary due to:

Colony size
Structural conditions
Accessibility
Hidden damage
Additional labor requirements
Travel requirements

Customers will be informed of significant changes before additional work is performed whenever possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, electronic payment, or other approved methods.

Late payments may be subject to collection efforts and applicable fees permitted by law.

Bee Removal Services

While Darren's Apiary strives to remove and relocate honey bee colonies whenever possible, successful relocation cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Certain situations may require alternative removal methods due to safety concerns, structural limitations, or colony condition.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the work area.

The customer represents that they own the property or have authorization from the property owner to request services.

Structural Access and Repairs

Structural cut-outs may require access through walls, ceilings, soffits, siding, roofs, or other building components.

Unless specifically stated in a written agreement:

Darren's Apiary is not responsible for cosmetic repairs.
Drywall, paint, siding, roofing, and finish repairs are the responsibility of the property owner.
Structural restoration services may be offered separately when available.

Limitation of Liability

Darren's Apiary shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing structural defects
Hidden damage discovered during removal
Bee activity occurring after service due to conditions outside our control
Secondary pest infestations resulting from previously existing bee colonies
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service performed.

Warranties

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

No guarantee is made that future bee swarms or colonies will not occur on the property.

Any service warranty provided shall be stated in writing.

Website content is provided for informational purposes only.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission from Darren's Apiary.

Privacy

Information submitted through contact forms, phone calls, emails, or service requests will be used solely for providing services and communicating with customers.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
